As part of my doctoral education and training, I wrote my dissertation on the impact on emotional absent fathers on adult daughters' romantic and sexual relationships with men.
In my practice, I work with children, adults, families, and couples. Utilizing cognitive behavior, emotion focused, Nurtured Heart, and trauma focused strategies, I guide each client to gaining insight and learning new ways to process and react to life's challenges.
